1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website, web tools, and services provided by HumanizeAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our tools.

2. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

You own 100% of your input and output content: HumanizeAI makes no claim of ownership or copyright over any text you enter into our tools, nor over the modified, humanized, or analyzed variations produced. You retain all moral rights, commercial usage rights, and intellectual property in your generated texts.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use HumanizeAI to process, generate, or propagate:

• Malicious content, defamatory materials, or hate speech violating applicable international laws.
• Deceptive financial, medical, or legal claims intended to mislead consumers without appropriate professional oversight.
• Automated high-frequency scraping or denial-of-service attempts that degrade service availability for other users.

4. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive for 99.9% uptime across all edge locations. However, HumanizeAI provides all tools on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HumanizeAI Labs, its directors, or its technical contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our tools.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable legal frameworks without regard to conflict of law principles.
